[OA] is a project about the languages of the theatre and about some fundamental forms of stage action: the word, dance, music, light and song. Travelling alongside and combining in different actions, these five elements find their own definition in the measure of the physical body (of the actor, singer, dancer), and will emerge, act by act, as privileged languages whose possible extensions will be explored. To make this journey “OA” experiments with a new form of staging, no longer based on a literary play script but stemming from engagement with the art work that becomes the dynamo of the theatrical action.
